Overman Properties is all about recognizing needs and meeting them. We believe that people will come if you build it, but only if you build the right business. We are experts at evaluating communities and neighborhoods and determining if a specific industry or business has a strong potential of succeeding. If it looks promising, we will build and manage or build to suit.
Graceland Assisted Living
This is a beautiful 45 bed, 30,000 sq. ft. assisted living facility that was built by Overman Properties and leased to a health care management company. This was a build and lease with an option to purchase plan. The managment company established their resident base and found their comfort zone with this community. It is now in the process of purchasing the entire building under the Overman Properties lease-to-buy plan.
Animal Hospital
The veterinarian in this model was working out of a very tight and unattractive shopping center. He was interested in having his own stand-alone building that he could one day own himself. Overman Properties customized the plan to the vet's exact specifications and built a gorgeous 4,400 sq. ft. facility for he and his wife. They have now purchased the building from Overman Properties and have fullfilled their dreams of ownership.
​Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers
Overman Properties began building the Children Lighthouse Learning Centers 2012 with the first building in Schertz, Texas. We have since expanded our operations into several other cities and states. As owners and operators of the business, it has expanded our normal vision in way that has opened many other doors of opportunity.
